The Mdina Gate is one of the main entrances to the fortified city of Mdina in Rabat, Malta. The gate is open 24/7 and there is no entrance fee. However, if you want to explore the city of Mdina, there is a small fee to enter the city walls.

In the surrounding area, there are several attractions to see. The St. Paul's Catacombs, which are underground tombs dating back to the Roman period, are located just outside the walls of Mdina and are open from 9am to 5pm daily. The Domus Romana, a Roman villa with beautiful mosaics, is also nearby and is open from 9am to 5pm daily.

If you're interested in history and archaeology, the Roman Villa and St. Paul's Catacombs are definitely worth a visit. And of course, exploring the beautiful city of Mdina itself is a must-do activity while in Rabat.
